Radical Healing: Accessing Decolonized Medicine
Radical Healing: Accessing Decolonized Medicine is a workshop designed to give an open mind to newer herbal medicines. Our Vice President, Iesha Saunders led this event by allowing students to create their own loose tea with different herbs such as chamomile, cloves, lavender and reishi mushrooms. This workshop was the last event for our 16 Days of Activism Campaign and served as a healing event for those who have suffered from violence or know anyone who has.

Self Defense: Boxing
In collaboration with the CCNY Boxing Club, we bring a dynamic and hands-on approach to defending yourself in many situations. The purpose of the workshop is to understand the movement of the body through punches and kicks as a way to defend yourself in a workout and also in a real life scenario. The CCNY Boxing Club does boxing classes regularly in the Wingate Gym!

S.M.A.R.T Goals
Our first event of the semester! Join us as we start our new year on October 26th! Creating vision boards is a great way of outlining the goals you have for the next week, months, years. Better yet, understanding goals using a specific, measurable, attainable, realistic and time-bound approach really gets us to our goals faster! So come cut some some beautiful magazines and have some fun with the City College Section.
Follow us on Facebook and Instagram for information about upcoming events!
